These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Oxyaura Agro Tourism website, our accommodation services, restaurant, day picnic, adventure activities, weddings, conferences, events, and all related facilities.
By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, making a booking, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website or make a reservation.
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Oxyaura Agro Tourism.
Bookings are accepted only if the requested accommodation, venue, or experience is available on the selected dates.
A reservation is considered confirmed only after acknowledgement from Oxyaura Agro Tourism and, where applicable, receipt of the required advance payment.
Management reserves the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any booking in exceptional circumstances, including safety concerns, operational issues, or force majeure events.
Special requests such as room preferences, decorations, dietary requirements, or event arrangements are subject to availability and cannot always be guaranteed.
Certain bookings may require an advance payment to secure your reservation. The applicable amount will be communicated during the booking process.
Reservations requiring advance payment are finalized only after successful payment confirmation.
Early check-in may be available upon request and is subject to availability.
Late check-out may be available depending on occupancy and may involve additional charges.
Adventure activities offered at Oxyaura Agro Tourism are intended to provide enjoyable outdoor experiences for guests of all ages.
We strive to provide fresh, hygienic, and high-quality food prepared with care.
Oxyaura Agro Tourism offers customised packages for weddings, conferences, private celebrations, and corporate events.
Understanding the scope of our responsibility during your stay
Oxyaura Retreats is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings during your stay. We strongly recommend that guests use the in-room safe (where available) for valuables and refrain from leaving valuable items unattended in common areas. Any found items will be held for 30 days before disposal.
While we maintain the highest safety standards across our property, guests participate in all activities — including nature walks, farming experiences, swimming, and adventure sports — at their own risk. Oxyaura Retreats shall not be held liable for personal injuries, accidents, or health issues that occur on the premises unless caused by our proven negligence.
Oxyaura Retreats shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather events, acts of government, civil unrest, pandemics, utility failures, or transportation disruptions.
Advisory: Guests engaging in outdoor activities, farm experiences, or adventure sports do so voluntarily and are encouraged to assess their own fitness levels. Please inform our team of any medical conditions before participating in physically demanding activities.
Our brand, content, and creative assets are protected
All content on the Oxyaura Retreats Website — including but not limited to text, images, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, videos, audio clips, design elements, and software — is the exclusive property of Oxyaura Retreats or its content suppliers and is protected by Indian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
The name "Oxyaura Retreats," the Oxyaura logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of Oxyaura Retreats. Unauthorized use of any Oxyaura trademark is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.
You may access and view the content on our Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content without our express written permission. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.
You can make a booking through our Website, by calling our reservations team at +91 98765 43210, or by sending an email to reservations@oxyauraretreats.com. Once your booking is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation, with the balance due 7 days before check-in.
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, RuPay), UPI payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and authorized bank transfers. Cash payments are accepted only for incidental charges at the property, not for advance reservations.
Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in receive a full refund (minus a small processing fee of 5% or ₹500, whichever is lower). Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. No-shows and early departures are non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
We welcome well-behaved pets in designated pet-friendly accommodations, subject to prior approval at the time of booking. A pet fee of ₹1,500 per pet per stay applies. Pets must be leashed in common areas, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Aggressive breeds may be restricted. Please inform us about your pet when making your reservation.
Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. All guests aged 18 and above must present valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
Guests are expected to respect the property, its natural environment, and fellow visitors. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Disruptive behavior, excessive noise, illegal activities, or damage to property may result in eviction without refund. Please treat our agro-tourism environment with the care it deserves.
Oxyaura Retreats is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests participate in activities at their own risk. We maintain high safety standards, but we cannot be held liable for accidents or injuries unless caused by our proven negligence. We recommend using in-room safes for valuables and obtaining travel insurance.
